About the EPC
Customers have been asking us about energy performance certificates (EPC’s). Your home now requires an EPC at grade D or above in order to receive the full feed-in tariff (16p per kWh).
The first piece of advice we’d give is not to let energy efficiency requirements put you off. The government estimates that around half of UK homes meet grade D already, and if yours isn’t one of them reaching the grade could be as simple as adding 100mm of loft insulation.

If your house is currently only E rated, we will apply for your EPC after your Solar PV system has been installed.
External Wall Insulation (EWI)
You could be losing upto 45% of your heat through your walls and according to the Energy Savings Trust paying as much as £475 extra on your heating bills as a result. External Wall insulation is a layer of insulation fixed to the outside walls of your home and covered in a special type of render or cladding. External Wall insulation help reduce the heat escaping from your walls helping you reduce your fuel bills and keeping your home warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Not only can it save you money, it can also dramatically improve the look of your home.
